Do you have a product that concert goers would love to have? We are looking for vendors for our event!  Please read the information below and fill in the application form if you are interested in a vendor space.  Once we receive the application form you will be contacted with further information.  Apply early as there are limited spots available.

VENDOR DEADLINE: 

July 4, 2025 - Waitlist in effect

  • This application is for Food and Merchandise Vendors

  • Exclusivity is not guaranteed.

  • Food Trucks  ONLY.  Tented food vendors and trailers will not be accepted.

  • ALL successful vendors will be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

  • Event is All Ages, Family-Friendly, Outdoors

Food Vendor Fee: 

$300 to be paid via e-transfer once approved - sponsorship@reggaefest.ca


Requirements:

* Proof of Insurance - emailed to crfinfo@reggaefest.ca

* If no AHS Decal # then an AHS- Special Event Food Vendor Notification Form is required

* Compostable Foodware only

* Vending unit must be self contained, food trucks only (no trailers)

* Generator required (power not available)

* All garbage must be taken off site

* Review City of Calgary Food Vendor Requirements


Merchandise Vendor Fee: $75 to be paid via e-transfer once approved - sponsorship@reggaefest.ca * Must supply own table, tent, chair
